CS is a product and service IT company in looking for a Technical support specialist

Skills and experience:

  • Understanding the basics of building networks, server architecture of business applications
  • Understanding the principles of information systems integration
  • Knowledge of SQL and PL/ SQL in particular when working with DBMS ORACLE
  • Ability to use database monitoring tools, analysis of query execution plans, trace files and AWR reports. Experience in localization and solving problems with the Oracle database is welcomed
  • Sociability and ability to work in a team, the ability to process technical documentation independently, the desire to learn new technologies

Will be a plus:

  • Understanding of banking processes, products, technologies
  • Knowledge and experience with SOAP / REST web services and JSON, XML formats
  • Possession of tools for analysis and testing of web-services (SoapUI / Postmen/ Swagger, ...)
  • Knowledge of the structure of HTTP-methods (GET, PUT, DELETE, POST)
  • Understanding the principles of working with queues, MQ (RabbitMQ / Kafka)
  • Ability to read application server logs (Apache Tomcat / Jboss) and to localize the causes of possible failures and errors
