BTT - an automated system of project administration and software quality control

The BTT software has been developed by our company's specialists to assure cooperation between them on the one hand and the customer on the other hand in order to successfully realize common projects, to solve problems that may arise when using the new software, to consult on issues connected with the settings and functioning of the software.
The system allows, in a very convenient way, to take into account the customer's requests for adjusting or updating the software, to inform our technical support personnel about its inaccurate functioning. It allows both the customer and the service provider to plan and to control the terms of new functions realization or terms of error correction. Besides, it allows to discuss and come to an agreement on issues that arise when fulfilling the customer's requests, and discuss the details of realization together.
It is also important to mention that the BTT has a mailing function. This option allows our company to inform users about the works currently conducted on their request and provides the users with an opportunity to quickly react and monitor the fulfillment of their request.
Functions of the BTT include preparing and providing Release Notes (annotations to new versions of the software), which contain a list of requests fulfilled in this particular version, a short description of the details of their realization, guidelines to the settings and applying new functions. They are sent to the customer along with a written notification of the release of an update.
With the help of the BTT, the CS Company supports the users of its products and has a possibility to always react promptly to any requests or suggestions. Besides, the customer has an opportunity to expand the BTT facilities through making additional requests on this particular product.
