Producing reports to the national bank of ukraine

1 Source data

The source data to produce statistical reports to the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) are as follows:

  • The parameters of a report to the NBU (described in NBU directories analit.dbf and kod_a016.dbf)
  • The issue schemes and the file type of reports to the NBU (an analog of NBU directory kod_a010.dbf)
  • Report file structure (an analog of NBU directory ek_pok_1.dbf)
  • Units of measurement in reports to the NBU (an analog of NBU directory kod_a015.dbf)
  • Data issue schemes in reports to the NBU (an analog of NBU directory kod_a011.dbf)
  • Tuning History parameter (R011) (an analog of NBU directory kl_r011.dbf)
  • Tuning R013 parameter (an analog of NBU directory kl_r013.dbf)
  • Performance periods (an analog of NBU directory kod_a013.dbf).
  • The parameters of customers, management (subsidiary) accounts, documents, and transactions.

2 Description of Functionality

a) For each file type of reports to the NBU, there exist tuning tables stating a file number and a file description in accordance with directory kod_a010.dbf; units of measurement for the indicators in the file; the period of delivery with which the file should be issued; region; country; file constructor procedure (the procedure which produces data); file destructor procedure (the procedure which cancels data production); the description of a report file structure (an analog of NBU table ek_pok_1.dbf).

b) The file structure comprises the indicator formulas substantially in the same form in which these are given in the NBU's normative documents contains and SQL inquiries to produce a file line.

c) The file structure description contains the methods of consolidation at the Head Office level (the summation of an indicator, the average for the indicator of all the branches, a certain function).

d) Some files have itemization for the purpose of checking and detailing data employed to produce files, for example, the itemization of the transactions whose parameters are employed to produce files and to produce each separate indicator of a file.

e) The storage of and looking through the archive of report file data have been implemented.

f) Work with an electronic digital signature of report files has been implemented.

g) The production of the following statistical report files has been automated completely: 01, 02, 03, 04, 07, 08, 11, 12, 13, 20, 25, 26, 27, 30, 36, 39, 42, 44, 70, 73, 78, 79, 81, 91, 94, A4, A7, B5, B6, B8, C5, C6, C9, D0, D1, D2, D3, D4, D5, D6, D7, D8, D9, E0, E2, E8, E9, F1)

h) The production of the following report files has been semi-automated (a manual input of report data; the capability to copy data from the prior accounting period with changing some indicators; the production of relevant structure file): 34, 35, 48, 84, 95, 97, A0, E1

i) A clock machine for NBU directories (KL_R011, KL_R013, KL_R020, KL_R030, KL_K040, KL_K050, KL_K070, KL_K090, KL_K110, KL_D010, KL_D020, Kod_07, Kod_08, Kod_D5, Kod_D6, Kod_R020) has been implemented
