CS specialists carried out information audit in PJSC «BANK FORUM» to analyse current settings of B2 in terms of their correspondence to the Bank business processes, as well as to seek possibilities to optimize the use of ABS И2 the Bank activity on the whole.
The reasons for auditing were, on the one hand, active development of B2 system, on the other - changes inside the Bank itself, determined by the visions of business processes by the management, staff turnover, and the new Bank development strategy. «B2 system has been operating in PJSC «BANK FORUM» since 2002. However, both the Bank and ABS B2 have been developing. Apparently, these changes entailed the necessity to synchronise the Bank business processes and automation system settings», - these were the arguments for carrying out the audit expressed by Vladimir Lapa, Head of CS Kyiv representative office. On the basis of the conducted audit respective recommendations were given to the Bank specialists to reset a number of B2 subsystems for their more complete and optimized use, they were also shown up-to-date opportunities and approaches to the work with the system. At PJSC «BANK FORUM» it was noted that introduction of alterations, whose necessity was pointed out during the audit, would enable to better adjust the Bank internal operations and improve the level of customer servicing.
