CS Company's employees have completed a pilot project of distance training in operating automated banking system B2. The training organized for the personnel of Alfa-Bank was devoted to additional functionality of a new release of the system. The audience consisted of administrators and users of ABS B2. A technological learning tool was webinar - a tool for conducting of distance interactive seminars where parties communicate via a web application, provided that all the participants are at their work places. Besides it should be mentioned that the very idea of conducting the training in such a form was discussed only theoretically by Oleg Vyasmitinov, the director of CS Company, and Alexander Levchenko, the director of the Alfa bank information system supporting department, at the Banking Automation Conference held in January this year and now one can notice a positive result due to arranging an event of this kind. Using this technology for communication between representatives of CS Company and customers can provide for regular renewal of users' knowledge about the Company's systems practically on-the-job. As a result it allows the customers to increase the efficiency of using CS Company's information systems, which means increase in profitability of operation thereof. |
