| CS Company successfully provides restructuring of VTB Bank network |

CS Company completed another stage in the technological centralization of regional network of VTB Bank. Unified management model, in which accounting of all outlets is booked in the balance sheet of the head office, requires the use of unified technologies and operational system by all the bank outlets. Achieving the objectives of restructuring that are set by VTB Bank will give the opportunity to centralize the features of banking products and services sales on site, optimize the process of internal service and the speed of operations. This will, in turn, enable to reach a new level of work, improve the level of customer service and enhance the network operation efficiency. Centralization was accompanied by the transition of branches to working with automated banking system B2 and training of these branches personnel to run this system. |
