Company CS conducted information audit in the Affiliate Bank of the Sberbank of Russia. The objective of the project was to analyze business processes of the bank and determine compliance thereof with functional capabilities of the automated banking system B2.
|
According to the results of audit, recommendations for optimization of business processes of the bank as well as for additional software setting, allowing to automate a number of manual operations, were given.
In general the audit showed that functional capabilities of the automated banking system B2 is in compliance with current needs of the bank in business automation.
