On the first of June automated banking system B2 interactive system of front-office client servicing iFOBS were put into commercial operation in OJSC «Bank Ukrainian Capital». The process of implementation included 2 test days, during which bank employees had been trained to work with the system.

Adoption of ABS B2 and iFOBS was caused by the need of the developing bank in more functional, scalable, flexible, and productive system.Due to its functionality and flexibility B2 allows not only to complete such tasks as setting of business rules for various services, formation of regulatory filings, automation of typical operations, but also to optimize business processes of the bank on the whole.
Implementation of iFOBS system has given the bank more broad functional capabilities, due to which clients of the bank gained access to the information about accounts, credits and deposits from any place of the world having Internet connection. It means that the bank gained competitive advantage: «Ukrainian Capital» will be able to offer better and online service to clients.
